Does anyone know where the hell D² has been for the last month? His last post was August 6th. He hasn't even posted at Crooked Timber since August 5th.

I will be very upset with him if he is dead or something.

(Oh, the irony of my being annoyed at someone for having an erratic posting schedule...)
